1 lb diced watermelon (cubed)
12 oz strawberries
1 bunch mint leaves or basil, finely chopped
1 tablespoon honey
1/3 cup orange juice or balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup feta cheese crumbles
If you use a whole watermelon, cut and dice into cubes.
Remove the caps and slice the strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on the size of the strawberries.
In a salad bowl, combine the watermelon, strawberries, mint/basil, honey, orange juice/balsamic vineger, and feta cheese together. Serve immediately.
